Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager will manage and coordinate the maintenance division of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service skills, the ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and staff, and be skilled in scheduling and estimating worker requirements. This role is essential in ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks and providing exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants. Ideal candidate is someone who has a knack for solving problems over the phone.

You will assist with reconciling finances and meticulously input financial data into appropriate databases and Collaborate with Property Manager(s) to oversee and manage properties, ensuring their smooth operation and tenant satisfaction.
